When my husband asked me to marry him again on our 11th wedding anniversary, I was not only shocked but excited!

My husband is in the army & was living in new york. I was living in Nashville working full time and trying to plan a wedding. I had no help at all.

I had all of these ideas but couldn’t get them to come together right. What was gonna be a small, quick wedding 2 days after Christmas turned into a family weekend. I didn’t think anyone would want to travel that time of year, but they did!

I was so upset bc I couldn’t do it by myself. I had only 3 weeks before the big day. So a very good friend of mine told me to rest assure, that she had the perfect person who could help!

She got me great deals bc we had a small budget, even using some of her own personal decoration. She stayed w me late to decorate our wedding site several times, shopped specifically for my winter wonderland wedding, went w me to taste testings, called me daily w ideas…the list goes on.

My Husband and I were married on September 4th of this year (2010). The wedding and reception were both outside.

Lavana is a childhood friend of my mothers and offered to help with the planning of our wedding. At first we were thinking “we can do this”. Then after the first time meeting with Lavana I was like….well….maybe we can’t do this without help.

There are so many intricate details that go into planning a wedding, that it is impossible to think of everything on your own. I had ideas of what I wanted. Lavana took the ideas and expanded.

When we met to create the centerpieces, she began pulling out her ideas, which included river rocks. I was thinking in my head, oh my. River rocks? After she put the entire centerpiece together I could not believe it.
Lavana also has an array of items that you can use for your wedding. Everything from decorations to plates and drinking glasses.

I would definitely recommend using Lavana as your wedding coordinator. Having Lavana on the day of the wedding was more helpful than I could ever describe. She spent the entire day Friday with us and got there really early on Saturday. There is no way that we could have done all that we needed to do, i.e. hair, makeup, pictures, etc., and still put the finishing touches on everything. Having her there made mine, my Husband and my mom’s day a lot less stressful.

I was able to take in the entire day and enjoy it without feeling rushed/stressed. Imagine that….not stressed on your wedding day. Who would have thought :). Use her and enjoy the day like you should!

On 9/10/11, our daughter Bridget was married to the love of her life, Tyler.

The thought of planning a wedding was just too overwhelming for us as parents. The smartest and best decision that we made was to hire Lavana as our wedding planner.

Lavana took the stress and pressure away from the occasion by taking care of every detail. She also saved us a substantial amount of money by offering vendors and a discount rate, allowing us to use any of her variety of decorations at no extra charge, and assisting with invitations that looked incredible.

Bridget chose not to use a lot of fresh flowers, and the greenery, candles, etc. provided by Lavana looked awesome. There is no way that I could have decorated in such a beautiful and amazing way.

On the day of the wedding, Lavana made sure that the wedding party knew exactly what to do and when. The ceremony was flawless.

So many people told me that Bridget’s wedding was the best and most fun wedding they had been to in a long time. The newlyweds are now on their honeymoon, but before they left, I asked Bridget if she had the wedding that she always dreamed of and she said “YES”.

When Tyler popped the question and the wedding plans began, I had no earthly idea how time consuming and difficult planning would be. -
Luckily, a family friend recommended Lavana to help plan the wedding of my dreams….and it truly was everything I wanted and more!!

So many people have told me how wonderful the ceremony and reception turned out and I COULD NOT have done it without Lavana! You would not believe how much stress having her as a planner took off of me….especially having to work full time and also moving in to our new home.

She provided many of the decorations at no additional costs which helped me out tremendously!! Also, she offered many vendors at a discounted rate and she took the responsibility of communicating back and forth with them throughout the year of planning.
