Wedding Consultation Only (Up to 3 hours)

Complete Wedding Planning Services

___   Initial consultation with the bride and groom

___   Ongoing consultation and advice as required

___   Preparing a budget

___   Preparing a schedule/timeline and checklists

___   Assisting with selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues

___   Assisting with selection and booking an officiant for the wedding ceremony

___   Assisting with selecting a color scheme, theme and style of the wedding

___   Assisting with the design, printing and mailing out of the invitations

___   Tracking RSVPs and who will be attending

___   Assisting with selection of wedding attire and accessories

___   Finding, negotiating with and booking suitable vendors for services such as: florist,

baker, photographer, etc….

___   Reviewing vendors’ contracts and coordinating with vendors

___   Providing information to obtain a marriage license

___   Ceremony planning

___   Preparing itineraries, seating list, name plates, place cards

___   Attending and overseeing the rehearsal (up to two hours)

___   Instructing attendants about their duties

___   Directing the processionals, recessionals and receiving line

___   Coordinating the collection of gifts received on the wedding day

___   Wedding day coordination (up to 18 hours)

___   Providing a stress-free day for the bride and groom
